We offer 25 days annual leave plus bank holidays (this is pro rata for part time employees) and the holiday year runs from January to December.
In addition to the Company entitlement, there is also the option for you to purchase up to an additional 5 days annual leave.
All employees will be auto enrolled into a pension if they meet the criteria. In addition to this you have the option to join an increased level pension, whereby the Company will contribute up to 6% of your salary, dependant on your level of contribution.
All employees are provided with Life Assurance of two times their basic salary. Employees who have joined the higher rate Pension scheme receive three times their basic salary.
Cycle to Work scheme
The Cycle to Work scheme is a government backed incentive to enable you to save up to 42% on the cost of a bike and safety accessories, for the purpose of cycling to work.

Private Medical Insurance
Eligible employees receive private medical care, your contract of employment will state whether you are entitled to this benefit.
Childcare Vouchers are a benefit offered to all employees with a childcare requirement, and is paid for through salary sacrifice. Employees can sacrifice up to £243 of their gross salary per month for childcare vouchers, depending on the employee’s tax band.
Recommend a Friend Scheme
Recommend a friend of family member for any of our vacancies and if they are successful in their application for a permanent role then you can earn yourself up to £250.
