Digital Marketing Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Manager to define and implement an email and website strategy across our six brands to drive user acquisition, conversion, and retention. You will be confident in producing and implementing an email strategy and mapping out the onsite journey that helps increase open and click through rates alongside a journey that drives the onsite engagement and conversion. 

The Role:

This is a hands-on role within a market leading education supplies business, a challenging market where digital adoption has been relatively limited to date. You will be responsible for creating and delivering the digital marketing strategy working closely with the Marketing Team. 

You will report into the Head of Digital and be responsible for a small team, working closely with a wide range of stakeholders, business units and subject matters to serve the needs of our customers and support our business objectives. 

A passionate, hands-on Digital Marketing Manager you will already have a strong understanding of developing digital strategies and implementing tactics to generate efficient traffic and revenue, acquire new customers whilst nurturing them to be loyal customers. There will be a heavy focus around driving acquisition and profitability through all the digital channels. This role plays a vital part of the business’s digital channels and presence across multiple channels, including Email, CRM, and marketing campaigns. You will be well versed in creating, building, and optimising email marketing campaigns including segmentation. You will have strong GA and Photoshop skills along with strong HTML/CSS skills. 

 A strong analytical approach is needed to overview all digital campaigns, reporting, and driving digital transformation throughout. Knowledge of all things digital is needed within this role as the website, customer journey, and communications to the consumer sit within this role. This is a broad and varied role which will include:
